Burrow Farm

Our own Red Ruby Beef from our farm. We supply our shop with our own pedigree red ruby devon beef which we rear on our farm on the outskirts of Exeter, at Broadclyst. Our cattle are reared on grass form our meadows along the River Clyst. We take pride in rearing our animals to the highest welfare standards and hold RSPCA assured (formerly freedom foods) accreditation to reflect our high standards. We use a local abbatoir and then our beef is dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 3 weeks before being expertly cut and prepared by our in house butchers.
